My inbox fills weekly with a lot of college- and information that is demographic-related. Over the week that is past so, we received updates on two new reports: Best Cities for Present College Grads and Millennials going to These Cities. Let’s take a good look at where in fact the most useful opportunities lie for collegians land where millennials are headed.
First up is HeyTutor’s ‘Best Cities’ report. Check out excerpts from their intro about where grads are finding work:
… occupations, earnings, and price of residing vary widely across the U.S. For current graduates, you need to find a town that gives the right stability between all three. To find which U.S. towns supply the best opportunities for recent graduates, tutoring company HeyTutor analyzed data through the American Community Survey, County Business Patterns, and U.S. Bureau of Economic review. Its researchers created a score that is composite in the after metrics:
– Median earnings for current university graduates
– Unemployment price for current college graduates (reduced is better)
– Median lease (reduced is better)
– Median home value (reduced is way better)
– Arts, entertainment, & activity organizations per 1k recent university graduates
– Proportion of populace being recent college graduates
– Cost of living (reduced is better)
For the intended purpose of this analysis, present university grads are thought as residents many years 22 to 27 with a bachelor’s level or higher, maybe not currently in school. “Reports Paperwritings Com Highlight Most Useful Cities for Recent University Grads, Where Millennials Are Moving” の続きを読む
