Celebration Jamaica and Harmony Cove to Break Ground on Casino Resorts by Summer
Construction work with what is Jamaica’s first built-in casino resort is likely to start in 2016, neighborhood media reported. Celebration Jamaica Resort & Casino will feature 2,000 rooms in hotels, a casino, as well as a amount of activity and food and beverage choices.
The complex will occupy a parcel that is 75-acre of based in Rose Hill, within the Montego Bay region. The project will be rolled out in many phases. The quantity of $500 million is expected to be spent on the completion of Phase 1.
In the beginning, the resort shall provide 1,000 hotel rooms, with 1,000 more to be added down the road.
