The Rugby World Cup is the convention held once every four years to decide the “Word Champion of Rugby”. The Rugby World Cup is known as one of the world’s three great sports events next to the Olympics and the Soccer World Cup.
In Kansai area, the “Hanazono Rugby Stadium” in Higashiosaka City and the “Kobe Misaki Stadium” are used as the arenas.
